I have been fighting with Fragtopia for a couple of weeks now and I think I'm finally coming to the end of the project.

I wanted to have it live the first week of February. Well that didn't work so I wanted to have it live by Sunday the 12th. That didn't work either. Now, well.. I'm sick of giving myself deadlines so here is what I'm going to do.

I am going to take the server down for a few hours tomorrow to work on installing the last group of plug-ins I want the server ...

So this morning I stumble around sleepless and dead to the world. My sleeping schedule is totally upside-down and because of this I was awake when I probably shouldn't have been.

I got the kids up, showered, teeth brushed. Breakfast eaten, lunches made. 5 minutes before we have to leave and everything is done without any sort of panic. On a normal morning this would be amazing because we are typically running around at the last minute freaking out.

Yeah, the holidays have been really rough for me. I have been seemingly non-stop busy for weeks and this won't change until probably Mid-January.

My kids go back to school on January 2nd and then I will turn more of my focus to getting some FFN stuff done.

First order of business is revitalizing the FFN Minecraft Server. We had a great and active population until 1.0 hit, everything stopped working, and all the games tore people away. I would like to make incentive again ...

I'm going to be writing a bunch of these over the next couple of days to try and catch up on things.

Things have been pretty crazy lately, both for me and for FFN. Because of this I just haven't had the time to write blogs or really participate in the forums as much as I used to.

I want to apologize for not following through on the Jobs thing I was working on. It became a second priority over all the other stuff that was going on and while I never forgot about it I ...

I'm not sure why this hasn't come up sooner and why I really didn't think about it before now.

Earlier today I received a complaint from one of our members on the Minecraft server. There was another user that started building literally IN his back yard. I went to check this out found that this was totally out of line so I left a few signs that this person needed to contact me to discuss the infraction.

Simple enough right? Typical day of a MC server admin.
