Admin experience: Not much Admin experience at all, but was once admin for a short lived TF2 clan: Steam Community :: Group :: The DNA Project a few years back. Have previously provided regular counsel to the founder, and admins, of the once mighty Q clan for their Q Custom Maps and Q Mach4 servers. Spent some time communicating with Shaman Bond, when he was still running Payload 24/7, helped report rule abusers, helped with new map recommendations, helped test a few maps, reported major lag issues to him, etc. Was once a Guild Leader and co-Leader of an Alliance for an active Guild Wars Guild/Alliance.

About yourself & Reason you want to be an admin: I have held a couple managerial positions in "real life", on top of being heavily involved in social outreach volunteer services since my teenage years. I'm a former Search and Rescue volunteer technician for the Juan de Fuca department on Vancouver Island BC, Canada. I love science, traveling, cuddling, chocolate, and long walks on the beach.

I have somehow managed to befriend a few FFN members, as well as a good bunch of the FFN 24/7 Payload regulars. I am also very familiar with most of the 24/7 Payload regulars, as well as some of the longtime regulars on the Back to Basics FFN servers. I have always been active in trying to help/support/advise/annoy various admins/managers of the TF2 servers(Q, HA, and now FFN since 2010) with which I have had the pleasure to be a regular player.

After all these years I'm still addicted to TF2, despite owning a plethora of newer games that have generally failed to keep my attention for more than a few hours. I love custom maps and I love payload maps. I discovered FFN's servers when I moved back to Eastern Ontario(EST), from Vancouver Island(PCT) and was looking for a new stomping ground to call home. I instantly fell in love with the 24/7 Payload server for combining my love for both custom maps and payload maps into one awesome server.

There was a time, not too long ago, when most FFN servers were always jam packed, that was before the Great Lag Plague of 2011 which saw the FFN populations get decimated over months of terrible affliction. Yet, after all this discord, the mighty 24/7 Payload still stood. And while it has suffered and staggered into the end of the year, it still has a strong enough core to allow it, with a little TLC, to rise from the ashes to once again become one of the most popular pub servers in TF2-land.

And this is where I come in, I would like to lend a hand in helping to keep the 24/7 Payload server going strong. I would love to help maintain a stable yet fresh map rotation that will hopefully keep people happy and entertained for months/years to come.

If elected, I promise to not let my ego get in the way of my better judgement, I promise to do my best to listen to the members' and users' concerns and act upon them appropriately, and I promise to respect the directives and rules of the FFN family.
