Just to let you know since it can be crafted it is automatically worth 1.11-1.22 Refined, (but equally probably no more). Basically two hats can be crafted to make a new one so people pay to do that.

I recently found a standard-quality Brain Bucket (soldier hat, promotional) and, having a Genuine-quality one already, am looking to trade something for it. I am asking for 1 refined metal, but I am willing to entertain reasonable offers.

Thanks for the heads up - I actually looked up the price of the hat on the spreadsheets (it wasn't there, but a Genuine quality one was worth about 1.66-1.88) before making this post. Since I already have the Genuine quality hat, I'm not looking to maximize my return on the item but to get something more immediately useful to me for a fair price.
