Reply With QuoteI am not sure it is possible to bring it back. I would love to have all the old weapons back and the British back too. It bothers me to play maps such as Caen, knowing that only the British and Canadians fought there during world war 2. The Enfield with the bayonet rocked, so did the sten. I liked the old German machine gun too. They did not have the MG42 until 1942, hence the name, and it was not heavily fielded until the end of the war. The lighter German mg was very common. The grease gun was made because it was cheap and easy while the Thompson was very expensive to manufacture. The Israeli Uzi was designed around the grease gun as well.
