Just saw something else weird. Map was Everest and server was full....
WAS... 75% of the players all timed out 1 by 1 in rapid succession.

Timing out like that is usually a valve issue

That is odd, I can't even think of what on our end could cause something like that to happen.

Kinda off but kinda on topic:

We had people crashing in waves on Montage the other night. They were all within seconds of each other, and it only affected 6-8 people at a time. I believe it only happened in two waves total. I have zero information beyond that, sadly, and I have no idea if it's just the tf2 client itself or a server plugin going nuts, etc. It sounded potentially related to whatever is going on with payload, sooo yeah...same thread posting.

Ummm... probably not actually. Now that I know which plugins are running, and have been watching the server itself closely (and its uptime)... AND gotten those crashes myself lately... I'd say that's definitely a Steam synchronizing issue. Sometimes my loadout disappears for a life until I die again, sometimes I crash between map changes, and a few times 1/3 of the server just crashes out together randomly 1-at-a-time yet the server itself has been completely unaffected.
