Thread: Ryder White Dead Island DLC: Do Not Get (Spoilers)

I was really excited for this DLC. I really was. The second that it leaked, I was going crazy. I was waiting for it to happen. I wanted more story. Know what we get? $10 DLC for about 3 hours of gameplay. You learn, huge spoilers here:

Cheron, the inmate, was pretending to be White when you were talking to him throughout the game. The tribe girl? Yeah, she is the source of the infection, a "walking timebomb". You get to watch the end cutscene again where Cheron says the world won't ever be the same, then smiles slightly, then they go through how she is a timebomb, blah blah blah.

We honestly learned nothing of importance. >_> I'm pissed that I spent the money, pissed that I waited almost 24 hours for the developers to LET us play this DLC, and pissed that all the game does to give you a "hard" time is throw 10 Infected at you constantly. Oh, killed everything in this hallway? Here, let's spawn 10 Infected 3 FEET BEHIND YOU. Dead.

Uninstalled the game for the second time. Not bothering with it anymore.

I wasn't really counting on the DLC being anything that great, since the core game was a huge disappointment.
