Thread: Gamers ignore corpse in Internet Cafe

" League of Legends, a game so exciting I can barely describe it without an attack of asphyxiation." the guy writing the article doesn't seem very...umm. soft hearted to the situation. And to the other gamers credit...I know in South Korea, people sometimes sleep and such at places like that. They may have thought he was sleeping and didn't want to disturb him.

I think alot of people have misconceptions about these "internet cafes"
While i am not an internet cafe expert, i have been to hundreds and they are all pretty much the same. a huge massive room with 10-60 computer(depends on the size of pcbang). it could span several floors, could also have private room for people as well. when you go in you pay either a certain amount before(thus the staff starts the timer for you once you log in to a computer) or you pay after playing however time you want. the point is, the staff doesnt need to check up on you nor do they ever have to even give a $#@! about you. other gamers are there to play game or socialize with their friends not bother other people asking them whether they are dead or not. remember that some people spend weeks in pcbang and some of them sleep there as well.
while the pcbang it self is public, nobody goes around bothering other people. so what if 30 other people went in and out? why should they care and how would they know if someone was dead?

i personally think its sad that $#@! like this happens all across asia, there was another story in korea about a kid yelling $#@! out about killing all the boss in game and his parents freaked out and left the house for several days. while its sad these crazies die like this, im pretty sure they would have $#@!ed themselves over with other $#@!(alcohol, drugs w/e) so its just what evs.
