Your game of TF2 had a horrible night and did not want to see the combination of kritzkreig medic and demo, so it took the liberty of throwing up on itself and passing out.
I'm not really for sure what happened. Never seen it myself either. Maybe it's because of the new updates? I don't know.

A Node is basically one of the "Corners" of a Polygon. And the Source Engine specifically only allows Convex Polygons.
IE: An illegal function is performed by the Rendering Engine when the game attempts to render a Concave surface.
Considering just how many clients crash regularly on BarnBlitz, it's very likely that there is Not a corrupted file but rather there was a piece of illegal geometry being propagated by Valve's own patchsevers at one point and it's inside the GCF file itself. I don't believe there would be any way for a client to fix this error and it should instead be sent to the TF2 team as a Bug report.
