LOL yeah that one is fake. Ya I think it's funny when people make threads like this and say they aren't going to play because of some fake screeny. The CS team for SW:TOR is absolutely awesome! Every encounter with them has been a good one for me.
Actually theres a proof video that looks decently convincing. Either way its a dumb reason to not get the game because the whole underage thing is quite a serious law, as we have even experienced a case of it here not too long ago. People constantly bash on the game and its CS and quite frankly its a pretty petty act. As someone even stated in the reddit thread other sites take this stuff just as seriously and will immediately ban you until you show proof of your age. Acting like Bioware did something wrong here is just idiotic.
