In this double AP double wota metagame, he would fit really well with an anti-AP Galio top. It would guarantee his ult which seems easy to walk out of at range. His laning seems pretty good as well with a skillset that counters champions like sion. He would probably beat Ryze in laning phase (until mid game), as well as break even against strong APs like Ahri & Kennen who have ranged poke and mobility with his bouncing ball & stage controller.
I'm looking forward to all the new Ziggs missing their wall-jumps!
