Need help finding a new video card, recommendations?

I have a 9300 video card, and I was gifted 2 games for x-mas this year (thank you guys :-) ). Sonic Generations, and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2.
But, accordingly, I can't run Sonic Generations, and SWTFU2 runs terribly. Very slow, and laggy. I did everything I could, lowered screen resolution, updated, lowered graphics, still a bit slow.
So I know now my next step is that I have to buy a new card, but I have very limited funds to do this. and when I say 'very limited funds' I don't mean I only have a couple hundred bucks, I mean I have about $70 right now. If anyone can give me recommendations, or know of any deals that I could take advantage of, please help. Would be greatly appreciated.
