That's the demo recording, its not as accurate as live recording with Fraps, but lets you replay it. When I watch my own replays I aim fast enough that it looks snappy, like an aimbot :V
That is a beautiful headshot though.
It's not the headshotting part that's difficult; most mediocre snipers can do that. It's impressive that he even noticed the demoman.

Type those in console for high quality textures + models
there was a huge lag, i get headshots like that all the time, not to mention get headshotted by it.
