My cauldron had The Fallen Angel (pyro wings). I sold em for 2.3 ref....figured if I really want them later I can probably buy for cheaper after the hype has died out. In fact, looking around today...it seems that prices on costume pieces have already dropped pretty low.
So, I got the spy scarft from the Halloween Goodie Cauldron and have so far gotten 2 Buzz Killer engi fly hats and the Fallen Angel pyro wings from random gifts.
Tranding the extra buzz killer by the way.
Costume set maybe, but still not a weapon set, which is only thing that matters :V

This years event was great it stinks that there wasn't any weapons and kind of a buzz kill knowing the items can only be worn on halloween and full moons :/ would be nice to have yearly. Would make everyone different while playing instead of seeing occasionally a person wit a hat or different color hat.
