It does, on Montage.
A Flock Of Budgies (01-07-2012)
I've only played it with bots for the achievements, but I see nothing in it that makes me want to play it
... and I actually LOVE some CP maps (badlands, fastlanes, etc). Foundry is just.... really cloistered, really 'Meh'.
You can tell it was one of those ones Robin had influence over b/c it favors his favorite class too much.
As iller said, favoured towards Robin's favourite class; soldier. :p
I do like it though, very fun as engineer, soldier and pyro. Dem reflects.
Too strong of an opinion can interfere with the process of collection.

It seems to play decently well with a lot of people. They also recently had a small 6v6 tourney on it and feedback was good from them. Scouts also get all the benefits and can reach all places soldiers can which is awesome since i love having double jump feel useful. Also sniper lines on this map are crazy good. Personally i love the map.
I like the map and I don't like the map.
It's basically Fastlane and Freight rolled up into a ball with the trains taken out.
Middle 3 points are elaborate and excellent, but the higher-up areas are poorly thought out. It's great that these 2 ledge areas oversee the 2nd and 4th point, but their entrances are located inversely to where you think they'll be and are only usable to the currently attacking team. (This is probably harder to understand and I'm wording this poorly).
There are definitely huge benefits for scouts and pyros, but I can't really think of many 5CP maps that ... aren't good for these two classes. That isn't to say though that any other class is just as good here, save for maybe sniper and even then, the middle is actually a great area for that. It's almost like they had tried making a map with every class in mind (or where each class can at least excel at one point or maybe more depending on the class), which makes for an extremely large map, but not really one that's very linear. Not that it's a terribly bad thing, but it tends to lead to stalemates-- and it can seem too large for 24 people.
After such a large set of middle points, the last point on each end is pretty badly designed and nearly indefensible. It would almost be a million times better if they lopped an end off and made it an A/D map with the middle points being elongated in some way.
That said though, I really like it. Granted there are very few maps that I don't like.
Foundry is best ambassador spy map ever
BARK BARK BARK BARK BARK: VVVVVV? More like ZZZZZZ.
Whenever I play it on 32 man servers it basically Failmates by default.
That being said, I have so much freaking fun playing that map!
I kind of wish I could find a Foundry/Badlands/Fastlane rotation server. Lately, when I get bored with FFN's 24/7 Payload, and if Montage is inactive, I usually jump into any server playing Foundry(or Badlands) and have a blast playing as Pyro, or learning how to play Scout. I have yet to try it as an Engineer, but I'm sure I would have a blast doing so.
It's an alright map. I can't hate on it, but I also can't say I'm crazy about it.
