Thread: TF2 Freezing

So, a few of you know about my little crisis here. So I'll just get to the point.
When I start up TF2, it's fine, no problems.
However, once I join a server, it freezes.
Like the entire game, for example, I will go to shoot my rocket's it would just skip back and forth of that frame for about 5-10 seconds, almost like lag, but's that's not it, because Counter-Strike runs fine, about 60ms, no problems what so ever. Anyways, I have defragged the game two times, I cannot figure out what the problem is.
Should I un-install and re-install the game?
I am at a loss, and to be honest, I miss playing 2Fort.
Any tips or tricks to help?

Since my graphics card died it's just back to the basics, however I have not had my graphics card for a few months. But here they are;

Model: Dell Inspiron 537s
RAM: 4.00GB
System Type: 64-bit OS; Dual Core Processor
Display adapter type: Intel G41 Express Chipset
DirectX 10

Does that do anything?
