    Cranetop should be removed. The first and third levels are horribly made.

    In the first level, the spawn is poorly placed. There shouldn't be heavy fighting near main spawn if the cart hasn't even captured the first point yet. The building and towers there are just stupid also. You can lob nades from the upmost building onto main spawn literally 10 seconds. The other side of the main spawn gets flanked from the other building, as one of the attacker's main paths just lead on top of red's main spawn without any opposition.

    The second level is bad, but at least it has some direction and it's linear.

    The third level is just a dome. It doesn't even remotely have the feel or resemble a payload map at all, which is what the 24/7 Payload server is about.

    pl_cottage has been replaced with pl_downhill. ill try to get some more in later tonight and mix up the rotation a bit.

    also daytime rotation now starts at 9AM instead of 10AM.

    Since when does a payload map have to be linear. Panic isn't linear, and it's on the rotation. A payload map is just a map where you push the cart, that's it.

    Sure, technically yes. Think about replacing the intels with two control points on 2Fort and calling it a CP map. Since, after all, a CP map is a map with control points. Also, Panic is a multi-cart, Pipeline-style map. Apples to Oranges.

    All you have to do is look at the first of the three maps. It's horribly made in every aspect. It's by far the worst map in the rotation, and it was simply my suggestion of the next potential map to be cut if necessary.

    payload has been updated, maps have been moved and mixed around. also pl_everest_v3_b4 has been added in.

    Adding in another vote to remove Cranetop. The design of the first and third map is so bad, it's painful. The second also allows for some ridiculous spawn camping but does have some other redeeming qualities. I can't really think of another map where a game can easily hinge totally on the ability of two players to effectively camp spawn.

    The fix to the problem on the first map could be as easy as adding another door in RED spawn facing the back wall. The last section of the map seems like too much of a cluster$#@! for me to know where to start with addressing its problems, but often times I feel like the deciding factor is that BLU ends up with so much time on the clock that it wears RED down more than anything else. If the author were to release a new version of the map that addresses its shortcomings, I would be open to trying it out. There are aspects of Cranetop I do enjoy. But I feel that the negatives far outweigh the positives.

    PLEASE SEE THE OP FOR THE MAPS BEING EVALUATED CURRENTLY

    The following changes have been made to the payload rotation and config:

    pl_downhill has been replaced by pl_silo_plant_no6, please let me know what you think of this new map.

    Engie limit on pl_floodgates has been dropped to 2 for Red, 3 for Blu. This should help with the choke point camping a bit.

    Outback has been updated to RC4 which fixes all of the clipping bugs.
