Just did it on my phone...

I dont have Bookmarks option nor add server, only thing i got access to is settings which only has "show country flags" enable or disable and i have connect option which asks to enter ip of your computer where teamspeak is running.

ah, you got the wrong app. There are two teamspeak apps for android, one that allows you to see who is on, and one that actually does the normal teamspeak thing. The normal teampeak app is in Beta and should say so in title.
